For a broker and/or an associate to qualify for
a commission, the following criteria must be met:
1 The real estate broker or associate must
bring the client to the sales office in order to properly
register the client at which time the broker and/or associate
will receive a copy of the client registration form. For a
client to be properly registered, we insist that the client be
brought to the sales office rather than calling and notifying us
that a client will be coming in to look at the models. Prospects
who have previously registered on their own cannot be covered by
this protection.
2. The client must not have visited the sales
office within the past 90 days. If a client has been previously
registered with the sales office, the broker and/or associate
will be notified and no commission will be paid.
3. The broker and/or associate will be
protected for a period of 60 days from the date the client
registered at the sales office or authorized extension thereof.
4 A 3 percent commission will be paid on the
base sales price of the home to the real estate brokerage
company at the time of closing. Commission is paid to the first
Broker/Agent who has a valid Broker-Client Registration in
effect.
